With the launch of our fourth Beauty Academy line up, we’ve been taking a moment to reflect on how far The Beauty Academy has come.
What started as an idea has grown into a space where creators show up, try new things, and truly develop their creative skills. Over the past academy groups, we’ve seen so many of you step out of your comfort zones, find your confidence, and develop your own unique voice within the beauty space.
Each group has brought a different energy and creativity but the one thing that’s stayed the same is the growth. Not just in content, but in mindset, creativity, and technique.
Watching that transformation has been the most rewarding part.
Being part of the Beauty Academy opens up so many opportunities for emerging creators and if you need proof, let us introduce you to Siena, our Content Manager at Basics By B.
Siena was part of our very first Beauty Academy cohort, and throughout the program she refined her creative skills, developed her techniques, and built the confidence that ultimately led her to where she is today. What makes her journey even more special is that she had no prior experience or formal qualifications in the industry. She simply showed up, put in the work, and backed herself and that made all the difference.
This is exactly why we do what we do! There’s nothing more rewarding than watching creators grow, achieve their goals, and step into the best versions of themselves.
Now, as we step into our fourth round of the academy , we’re excited to do it all again with a new wave of creators, new perspectives, and new energy.
There is something special about building a community and we are so excited to welcome some new faces, new ideas and new talent.
