  • These orders are shipped locally from Sydney, NSW. Please allow an estimated 2-3 business days for order processing and handling. All orders are shipped using Australia Post. We estimate orders will arrive 3-5 working days from the day they are shipped and 5-7 working days in rural areas. These times may vary depending on how busy the network is.
  • We charge a flat rate of $8.50 AUD for shipping on orders under $150 AUD.
  • Shipping is free on orders over $100 AUD.
  • These times are estimates and at times may experience delays with the network.

USA

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and handling. We estimate orders will arrive 3-5 working days from the day they are shipped and 5-7 working days in regional areas. These times may vary depending on how busy the network is.
  • We charge a flat rate of $5.00 USD for shipping on orders under $50 USD.
  • Shipping is free on orders over $50 USD.

CANADA

  • We charge a flat rate of $10 NZD for shipping on orders under $150 NZD.
  • Shipping is free on orders over $110 NZD.

UNITED KINGDOM

  • We charge a flat rate of £4.50  for shipping on orders under £60 GBP.
  • Shipping is free on orders over £60 GBP.

REST OF THE WORLD

  • These orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and handling. All orders are shipped using Australia Post. We estimate orders will arrive 7-14 working days from the day they are shipped. These times may vary depending on how busy the network is.
  • We charge a flat rate of $15 AUD for shipping on all orders.
  • These times are estimates and at times may experience delays with the network.

We do not cover costs if you fail to organise or respond to a delivery attempt with the courier or postal service before the package is returned to sender. 

If you fail to organise a successful redelivery you will need to wait until the item is returned to us and cover postage charges to have your item resent.

If your package is missing or hasn't arrived you must notify us within 30 days of placing your order so we can track it down.
