BONNIE’S TIP: Apply the lip stain using the side of the marker not the tip. Apply one coat and let it dry. Do not reapply over wet stain. Once dry, outline your lips with the lip stain, blurring the edges with your finger tips. Finish with a lip oil or liquid lipstick
